We are a diverse group of individuals, LGBTQ+ people as well as heterosexual / cisgender people, of many races, ages, and faiths, who are dedicated to building empathy and compassion regarding gender identity and sexual orientation, particularly within the context of incarceration.

Coaching for Healing, Justice and Liberation
Coaching for Healing, Justice and Liberation aims to weave in patterns of liberation into the fabric of our lives. Liberation begins with the identification of how we are impacted by interlocking systems of oppression. Through coaching support we can see that the psychological and symbolic iron shackles that limit us are in fact open.

Compassion Prison Project
Compassion Prison Project (CPP) focuses on bringing adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) and trauma awareness to prisons and communities. We’ve created compassion-based curricula for people who have experienced ACEs, empowering them with awareness, information and tools for healing.

Green Arrow CoLabOur mission is to support young people harmed by systemic injustice, structural racism and a societal disconnect as they reconnect to themselves and their future opportunity for success through an earth-based program of healing, self-actualization and connection to community and nature.

Project PAINT
Project PAINT is an arts organization that creates collaborative projects, conducts visual arts workshops, provides informative lectures and organizes public art events as rehabilitation to people who are incarcerated at the Richard J. Donovan Correctional Facility in San Diego, and California State Prison- Centinela in Imperial, California.

Unconditional Freedom ProjectWe aim to transform prisons into monasteries. We view prison as a system. Our programs address the critical areas of food and nutrition, the interior life of its residents, and the wellbeing of its guards, in order that the system as a whole is elevated to an environment of inquiry, contemplation and sustainable change towards contribution.
